Feelings and Symptoms of Anxiety

Anxiety symptoms come in many forms...panic attacks, phobias, constant worry, and physical ailments such as muscle tension, headaches, dizzy spells, and chronic indigestion.  

​In bypassing the individual's critical factors, hypnosis is able to help the person create new responses to stressful situations.  Most people see improvement in anxious feelings after the first session but it takes time for the brain to develop new response habits.  It is important for the individual receiving therapy to follow through with sessions and homework to achieve full resolution of anxiety symptoms.
